Delivery Advisor
AgentTells you the single most valuable next step on a goal or project, in best-practice order, and flags the decisions only you can make. It recommends; it never builds.
Best for
- Starting a new goal and not knowing the order of steps
- Picking the next action when several things are open
- Spotting a missing role, test or approval before it costs you
What you give it
- A goal in a sentence, or the words "what next?"
- Your status note and list of open changes, if you keep them
- Anything you already decided
What you get back
- A numbered list of next steps, each with its owner and what it needs from you
- Decisions flagged for you, with a recommendation first
- Risks and anything that would break your own rules, called out early
How it works
- Reads your status note, open change records and recent commits (read-only).
- Places the goal in your delivery order: requirements, impact, plan, build, test, review, release.
- Names who or what owns each step and whether it can start now.
- Ranks them: the step that unblocks the most comes first.
- Returns the list. It does not edit files or run your project.
Example
You: Goal: let customers export their invoices as CSV. What should we do first?
Result: 1. Confirm the export scope with you (all invoices or a date range?) — decision needed. 2. Check which tables and screens it touches. 3. Write the change record. 4. Build behind a small test. Risk: personal data in the file — decide retention before building.
Limits — please read
- It only knows what is written down: keep a short status note for best results.
- It recommends; you decide. It will not invent business rules.
- Read-only: it cannot start the steps it lists.
